Job Summary

Own enterprise customer success by deeply understanding the InEvent platform and guiding clients to the best solution for their projects. Triage concerns, improve the customer experience, and actively drive upsell and expansion of platform usage across organizations. Contribute to Customer Success initiatives by recommending process optimizations and mentoring Customer Success trainers on major accounts. Use CRM systems and leverage SSO knowledge to support customer outcomes.

•Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the InEvent platform and services to support client questions with the best solution for their projects.
•Review client concerns and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
•Drive upselling and promote the value of the InEvent platform through customer experience.
•Grow and expand customers’ usage of the platform within their organizations.
•Mentor and coach Customer Success trainers when working with the largest enterprise accounts.
