Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of Premier customers, acquiring, cross selling and retaining them to meet business performance measures.
•Conduct full reviews of Premier clients to address immediate and future financial requirements.
•Identify cross-selling opportunities and embed customer loyalty to meet needs.
•Upgrade new/existing HSBC customers to Premier and act as a trusted adviser to the portfolio.
•Ensure service quality standards are met and the portfolio operates according to the Target Operating Model defined by Group.

Key Requirements

•A recognized tertiary Diploma / Degree qualification.
•Minimum of five (5) years proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent.
•Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
•Relationship management experience with high net worth clients.
•Strong technical skills in wealth management
