Operations Intern

Help run and scale a fast-growing robotics lab by owning day-to-day operations from the ground up. You’ll coordinate recruiting, onboard new hires and interns, and maintain HR records, while also managing lab logistics like inventory, shipping/receiving, and tracking across 60+ robot platforms. You’ll coordinate vendors, support facilities operations, handle invoicing and expense tracking, and help plan monthly community events—working closely with leadership on process improvements as the company grows.
