Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute product activities, product test operations, test data analysis, and failure debug to identify root causes for timely product introduction.
  • •Establish optimized wafer volume manufacturing test flow to meet market requirements and support product introduction from 1st silicon to production.
  • •Support VNC and wafer sort activities, including sort arrangement/priority communication to OSAT.
  • •Define verification plans for product performance and functionality window changes, and implement proper screens and guard bands in production test.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (product test, pattern development, process engineering) to debug failures and propose optimal solutions while improving test methodologies for product quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,317,750 - 1,882,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Experience using ATE test program and test operations.
  • •Proficiency in JMP for statistical analysis and Tableau; solid understanding of performing statistical data analysis.
  • •Basic knowledge of Python and other engineering scripting languages for test-related work.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and failure debug skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
