Job Summary

Lead and deliver asset management business advisory projects for major infrastructure owners and operators across the U.S., with a focus on transit, highways, airports, water, and power. Provide strategic consulting, best-practices assessments, and support maintenance, technology, asset data, organization, and process improvements. Collaborate with enterprise delivery teams and clients to define and implement change across people, process, data, and technology, producing high-quality reports and analyses within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver asset management projects focused on transit, highways, airports, water, and power.
•Provide strategic consulting services, including best-practices assessments, and support improvements across maintenance, technology, asset data, organization, and process.
•Collaborate within delivery teams to execute complex, multi-disciplinary projects to produce quality deliverables on time and within budget.
•Participate in internal and client project meetings.
•Partner with clients to assess, define, and implement change across people, process, data, and technology.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Planning, Operations Research, or a closely related discipline.
•5 to 7 years of post-education experience performing similar asset management consulting work.
•Proven consulting experience, including responsibility for managing data, information, or deployment of technologies to manage assets.
•Experience applying strategic, planning, operational, or technology-related asset management across infrastructure sectors (e.g., transportation, water, energy, municipalities, utilities).
•Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, including leading interviews and workshops and producing reports, presentations, data visualizations, or dashboards.
