Analyst - MRO Customer Service

Manage the end-to-end MRO customer service purchasing process for engine/APU repairs and overhauls. Create and convert purchase orders and requisitions (including exchange and accessory orders), maintain compliance with procurement policies, and perform Kanban inventory analysis with safety stock and reorder points. Coordinate with planning, production, customer service, stores, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and follow-up on open POs, supporting uninterrupted manufacturing and testing operations.
