Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide SEM support for various technology nodes of NAND development.
  • •Perform operation and minor maintenance of SEMs and related sample preparation steps safely.
  • •Interact with process/integration engineers and communicate with internal teams and supplier representatives about tool issues and support needs.
  • •Troubleshoot tool issues and optimize tool performance with strong attention to detail.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Good understanding of FAB process steps such as wet etch, dry etch, PVD, ALD, and CMP.
  • •Experience with SEM or FIB operation and ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with ability to analyze problems and provide resolutions.
  • •PC skills including M.S. Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote), and willingness to work any rotating shift.
