Fraud Analyst 1-M-F 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Work in Fraud Operations to analyze and decision alerts from fraud detection systems, open and prepare fraud cases, and communicate directly with customers, bank personnel, and offshore fraud partners. You’ll also process and decision fraud check dispute claims and handle inbound inquiries. Partner with business units to understand alerted activity, ensure compliance with laws, escalate fraud risks to supervisors when needed, and meet scheduling, quality, and customer service standards.
