Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with the client and Wood engineering teams to ensure timely, contract-compliant delivery of engineering work.
  • •Maintain communication and coordination with engineering and project stakeholders, including schedule, progress, and remedial actions.
  • •Manage engineering documentation, including contract document familiarity, DDM/DMS accuracy, quality plan compliance, and engineering reviews.
  • •Develop and implement package management strategy and coordinate engineering organization, manpower, and forecasting of deliverables.
  • •Lead safety-by-design culture, manage engineering interfaces and permitting coordination, and oversee engineering contribution to schedule milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline).
  • •12+ years’ experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, power, or pharmaceutical projects.
  • •Proven leadership in design and engineering teams for FEED, PMC, and EPCM projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of engineering procedures, specifications, and standards.
  • •Ability to lead and motivate multi-discipline teams; familiarity with local permitting requirements.
