Job Summary

Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering activities on major projects across energy and industrial sectors. Own timely, contract-compliant delivery of engineering work, manage engineering budgets and schedules, and drive progress against milestones. Serve as primary engineering interface with the client, oversee document management and quality requirements, and ensure permitting, interfaces, and schedule reviews are handled effectively.

Key Responsibilities

•Interface with the client and Wood engineering teams to ensure timely, contract-compliant delivery of engineering work.
•Maintain communication and coordination with engineering and project stakeholders, including schedule, progress, and remedial actions.
•Manage engineering documentation, including contract document familiarity, DDM/DMS accuracy, quality plan compliance, and engineering reviews.
•Develop and implement package management strategy and coordinate engineering organization, manpower, and forecasting of deliverables.
•Lead safety-by-design culture, manage engineering interfaces and permitting coordination, and oversee engineering contribution to schedule milestones.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline).
•12+ years’ experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, power, or pharmaceutical projects.
•Proven leadership in design and engineering teams for FEED, PMC, and EPCM projects.
•Strong knowledge of engineering procedures, specifications, and standards.
•Ability to lead and motivate multi-discipline teams; familiarity with local permitting requirements.
