Mobile Trailer Mechanic II Variable

Perform certified DOT inspections and preventative maintenance for trailers and equipment at customers’ sites. Handle light repairs and minor adjustments with little or no supervision, including brakes, air lines, auxiliary pumps, engines, liftgates, brake chambers, welding, and fabrication. Document repair work using a company iOS device and TRAIT application, complete DOT forms, diagnose electrical components, and maintain parts inventory and a company service truck while following OSHA, EPA, and DOT safety requirements.
