Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with Business Units (i.e. Cargo Division and stations) to ensure cargo revenue proration exceptions are resolved timely with compliance to revenue recognition standards.
  • •Manage and support the outsourced vendor in the rate audit of interline Air Waybill (AWBs) and cargo revenue proration exceptions handling, including regular quality control checks.
  • •Handle queries relating to mishandled/returned shipments and follow up with stations to ensure timely cost recoveries and minimizing revenue leakage.
  • •Raise charter invoices prior to flight departure.
  • •Collaborate with IT vendor to resolve issues and support testing efforts for fixes/enhancements related to interline rate audit and cargo revenue proration.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma.
  • •1 to 2 years accounting experience preferred.
  • •Fresh diploma holders welcome to apply.
