Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in all resort outlets while following hotel standards and procedures.
  • •Set up the bar before service, including arrival drinks scheduling, mise-en-place, and fresh juices/garnishes readiness.
  • •Mix cocktails and prepare hot snacks timing; ensure proper measuring and consistent cocktail quality.
  • •Maintain bar cleanliness and equipment readiness, including locked/organized bar store and ice/linens availability.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or diploma in a relevant field.
