Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform finance activities for the school, including budget preparation, budget control, and timely/accurate closing of the books.
  • •Review and approve purchase requisitions based on budget availability and budget codes.
  • •Process supplier payments using 3-way matching (Invoice, PO & GRN) with validation and due diligence checks.
  • •Manage petty cash per policy and handle asset creation, depreciation runs, and FA module closing monthly.
  • •Produce and circulate MIS and balance sheet schedules, manage month-end closing, and support audits with audit LOR.

  • •5+ years of experience in a finance function, or a professional qualification
