Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert counsel and guidance to the company on all aspects of government contracting, including contract formation, claims, disputes, bid protests, investigations and disclosures.
•Stay informed on new federal procurement and compliance regulations and policies and advise on their impact.
•Develop policies, processes, and guidelines for compliance with government obligations in collaboration with key functions and business teams.
•Contribute to the development and deployment of training and guidance resources related to regulatory and acquisition policy developments.
•Coordinate with lawyers, contracts professionals, and compliance personnel across the enterprise on compliance and regulatory interpretation matters.

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
•Member of a state bar in good standing and in-house counsel registration after hiring
•At least seven years of substantial experience in all aspects of US Government contracting
•Expertise in FAR, DFARS, federal procurement statutes, regulations and policy, with demonstrated experience operationalizing compliance requirements
•Ability to travel domestically, as needed
