Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned federal government customers from contract signature onward, owning onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth.
  • •Deliver efficient acknowledgment and resolution of customer issues, and build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
  • •Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development that maintains and grows enterprise business.
  • •Retain and grow account value by identifying readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to achieve forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
  • •Act as an internal expert in the federal and civilian government vertical in specific regions, leading high-impact commercial decision-making and driving process/system improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or high school diploma/equivalency and 5+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience.
