Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform schedule analysis and support project baseline creation during initiation and setup.
  • •Facilitate detailed multi-discipline scope reviews and provide schedule support/mentorship for junior planners.
  • •Develop and maintain logically linked level 3 and level 4 activity schedules for marine scope installation projects in the Oil & Gas industry using precedence flow planning best practices.
  • •Produce workforce histograms and progress and quantity curves; maintain and review sequence across engineering through commissioning to control critical path and overall durations.
  • •Monitor schedule compliance and performance, analyze variations to baseline data, identify schedule delay factors, and elevate/expedite operations impacting the schedule while leading initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
  • •7-10 years of EPCIC experience on onshore or offshore Oil & Gas or Power Generation projects.
  • •Strong planning/scheduling experience for large LNG or topside fabrication projects (preferred).
  • •Solid command of Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and Microsoft Project, plus Microsoft Office.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (e.g., curves, histograms, dynamic tables, formulas) and ability to create logically linked precedence-based activity schedules and analyze critical paths, progress curves, variances, and forecasted workarounds.
