•Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.

Key Requirements

•Experience providing patient-centered care in post-acute or skilled nursing facility settings is preferred.
•Ability to perform rounds, prescribe medications and treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues.
•Strong communication with facility nursing staff and adherence to regulatory standards.
