  • •Own the Service product area end to end, defining the why, what, and how in Client Operations.
  • •Set the long-term vision for how Service connects to Ebury’s operational platforms, not just how it runs today.
  • •Map operational processes, identify standardization opportunities, and drive automation over time.
  • •Define outcomes and requirements for Engineering, drive high-quality delivery through the full cycle, and track success metrics.
  • •Partner with teams to connect the service platform to wider operational systems, using automation and AI to remove manual work.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years in product for a fintech or SaaS business, launching and improving real products, or a strong operations/consulting background in process or service transformation.
  • •Systems thinking: understand how platforms and processes connect and design for the long term.
  • •A process-to-automation instinct: map how a manual process runs and identify simplification or automation opportunities.
  • •Comfort with case-management or CRM platforms, such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar.
  • •Metric-driven approach: set baselines and targets and use data to decide what to build and measure impact.
