Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all phases of Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) projects from planning through closeout, meeting quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • •Provide technical leadership for constructability reviews and resolve construction-related field engineering challenges during execution.
  • •Support project owners, field staff, and multidisciplinary teams in resolving complex technical and operational issues using extensive construction management experience.
  • •Collaborate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to support project delivery, resolve technical issues, and ensure effective communication across all phases.
  • •Ensure compliance with contract requirements, applicable regulations, quality standards, and AECOM policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant construction experience (or equivalent).
  • •Previous experience leading higher education construction projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing cost estimates and construction schedules.
  • •Experience leading preconstruction activities, including quality assurance plans, health and safety plans, and relevant subcontracts.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
