Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, launch, and scale customer community and advocacy programs (power user initiatives, advocate cohorts, customer councils, user groups, awards, recognition moments, and loyalty programs).
  • •Serve as a front-line ambassador for Harvey by building genuine customer relationships and mapping engagement paths across relationship stages and interests.
  • •Coordinate customer participation for third-party research initiatives (interviews, surveys, validation sessions, roundtables, and working groups) and translate outputs into customer- and market-facing assets.
  • •Plan and execute customer-facing community moments (roundtables, dinners, workshops, webinars, user sessions, executive programs) including speaker curation, themes, agendas, and follow-up analysis.
  • •Build scalable program operations and measurement systems (trackers, templates, workflows, timelines, intake processes, and retrospectives) to move from bespoke execution to repeatable programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 159,800 - 219,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience across customer marketing, community, advocacy, lifecycle marketing, events, research programs, program management, or customer success, ideally at a high-growth SaaS/AI/technology company.
  • •Experience building or scaling customer-facing programs (user groups/communities, advocacy, executive programs, ambassador programs, advisory boards, awards, customer events, or research-backed thought leadership).
  • •Strong multidisciplinary customer marketing instincts across engagement, loyalty, advocacy, storytelling, and business impact.
  • •Experience coordinating with external partners (agencies, research firms, analysts, or other third parties) is a plus.
  • •Excellent program management, relationship-building, and written/verbal communication skills; comfort operating with ambiguity and balancing strategic design with hands-on execution.
