Workday Recruiting Configuration Contractor (Project-Based)

Support project-based configuration within the Workday Recruiting product, focusing on system design, configuration, and testing for recruiting features. Configure and deploy updates for offer letter templates, job requisition setups, and job board integrations, build recruiting business processes, and ensure compliance, branding, and operational standards. Collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition, and vendor/ATS integration stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and deliver test plans, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
