Job Summary

Serve as a client-facing advisor in the AI go-to-market team, identifying and shaping AI transformation opportunities. Build AI value cases, target operating models, governance, adoption and responsible AI roadmaps, and translate client needs into practical solutions with architects, engineering, delivery, sellers, and partners. Develop proposals, ROI models, and POCs, lead structured consulting workshops and assessments, and support deal qualification and mobilization into successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted client advisor to identify AI transformation opportunities, business pain points, and value cases.
•Shape AI strategy, target operating model, governance, responsible AI, adoption approach, and transformation roadmaps.
•Translate client needs into practical AI solutions in partnership with AI architects, forward-deployed engineering, delivery, and partner teams.
•Develop proposals, business cases, ROI models, proof-of-concept plans, and executive-ready client materials.
•Support opportunity qualification, deal shaping, solutioning, mobilization, and transition into delivery through structured consulting activities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, AI/data/analytics, or related client-facing roles.
•3+ years shaping or delivering AI, data science, machine learning, GenAI/agentic AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
•2+ years supporting presales activities such as opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, or executive-level deal reviews.
•2+ years of enterprise AI experience, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, ML lifecycle, data readiness, responsible AI, governance, and adoption considerations.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
