Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an internal strike team leader to identify, analyze, and resolve complex operational and manufacturing issues that impede product maturity and scalability.
  • •Monitor project budgets and track progress to identify and solve issues enabling a successful transition to full-scale production.
  • •Provide regular stakeholder updates to internal teams and leadership on project status, risks, and solutions.
  • •Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production readiness goals.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and roadblocks that could impact project timelines or operational readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of experience in operations program management, business operations, or engineering/technical roles, preferably in defense, aerospace, or complex hardware industries.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production workflows.
  • •Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, TPS, or Six Sigma.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
