Key Responsibilities

•Deploy globally to support customer-fielded AUV operations.
•Serve as a product expert in hands-on and remote troubleshooting, mission planning, repair, operation, maintenance, and data collection to ensure high customer satisfaction.
•Master AUV operations and subsystems and educate others on these topics.
•Lead troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field.
•Liaise between customers, engineering, and operations for issue resolution.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years operating at-sea robotic systems, ideally in a customer support role
•Hands-on experience in field operations, manufacturing, or testing
•Strong problem-solving skills at hardware/software/network interfaces in unstructured environments
•Proficiency with AUV maintenance, operation, troubleshooting and repair
•Comfortable with Linux, command line interfaces, and software debugging
