Job Summary

Provide commercial support for client engagements by pricing deals, building and reviewing pricing models, and preparing commercial sections of sales proposals. Lead or contribute to commercial pursuit teams to optimize solutions for profitability and risk/reward balance, including financial analysis, cash flow impact, foreign currency considerations, and margin reporting. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and the legal team to manage contractual and commercial risks and support timely billing.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide recommendations and reviews of pricing and costing for deals and prepare commercial portions of sales proposals.
•Build and compile pricing models for proposals and contribute to standardized pricing models.
•Create commercial summaries including benefits, internal margin sharing, financial options, and assumptions for client templates.
•Present key pricing assumptions and risks for sign-off according to the authority matrix.
•Manage deal profitability and commercial/contract risks, including long-term profit analysis, foreign currency impacts, and support accurate billing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
•Moderate experience working in a Commercial or similar field, preferably within a global IT services organization.
•Moderate experience with pricing assumptions and developing pricing models.
•Moderate experience in deal structuring, pricing review, and negotiation.
•Moderate experience working with vendors/suppliers and in an accounting type role.
