Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out painting, repainting, touch-up, and finishing work across guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, banquet areas, and public areas.
  • •Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, applying primers, and matching colors and finishes to hotel standards.
  • •Apply paint, varnish, stains, sealants, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • •Inspect areas regularly, identify painting/cosmetic repair requirements, and complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders within timelines.
  • •Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and properly protected, follow safety regulations for handling paints and chemicals, and coordinate with other departments to minimize guest disruption.
