Lead teams within Travel & Concierge Experience (TCE) Canada Operations, coaching Team Leaders and Travel Consultants to deliver extraordinary experiences for Premium Card Members. Establish a coaching and colleague-wellbeing culture, set clear goals, and use performance metrics to drive service delivery and customer interactions. Elevate customer communication, strengthen inclusion and colleague engagement, and create creative solutions through relationships with internal and external partners and properties.

•Inspire Team Leaders and their teams to achieve and exceed goals through coaching, training, development, and recognition.
•Transform the TCE customer experience by elevating service delivery and improving how the team communicates with customers.
•Engage Team Leaders and colleagues by building inclusion, development, and personal growth to drive colleague engagement.
•Create and implement creative solutions to enable customer access through relationships with internal/external partners, key suppliers, and properties.
•Assess team skills and competencies and create development and action plans; drive success via service, engagement, portfolio performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

•Knowledge of travel agency regulations, operations, and products; TICO and OPC Manager Certification required.
•Experience working and leading from a virtual environment with a focus on office culture.
