Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end regulatory compliance workflows, including preparation and submission of Fit & Proper forms and upkeep of regulatory interactions and policy registers.
  • •Develop and maintain compliance tooling for the wider team, such as Jira boards for task tracking and dashboards for monitoring compliance plan progress.
  • •Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation and AI solutions to eliminate repetitive manual work.
  • •Extract, analyze, and aggregate compliance data using analytics platforms (e.g., Lightdash and Snowflake) to support management reporting and decisions.
  • •Lead end-to-end project management and technical support during regulatory inspections and audits, including RFI tracking and stakeholder alignment.
