Job Summary

Lead enterprise-wide compensation strategy, owning base pay, equity, variable pay, bonuses, and performance incentives across Tech, Sales, Retail, and Operations. Evaluate current and future-state programs, run compensation market analyses, and partner with HR, Finance, Sales, Retail, Operations, and executives to translate business priorities into measurable reward outcomes. Drive the annual rewards cycle, evolve reward frameworks using AI-enabled analytics and modeling, and advise leaders as a total rewards subject matter expert.

•Own end-to-end compensation strategy across base pay, equity, variable pay, bonuses, and performance-based incentive structures.
•Evaluate current compensation programs and recommend data-driven enhancements to support business priorities and scalable growth.
•Innovate compensation processes by introducing AI tools and analytics for modeling and operational efficiency.
•Lead compensation market analyses to ensure competitive market pricing and internal equity.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition and FP&A to benchmark roles, design total rewards packages, and run the annual rewards cycle.

Salary: USD 195,000 - 235,000 annually

•7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leading enterprise compensation strategy and execution.

•Deep expertise in sales compensation design, including incentive plan architecture and performance-based reward structures.
•Experience with executive compensation design and administration.
•Public company experience, including compensation committee processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory considerations.
