Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end proposal process, serving as the primary liaison between global distribution unit principals and subject-matter experts. Oversee RFP/RFI/DDQ submissions by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Investments, Legal, and other business units to position the firm clearly and accurately. Manage complex, deadline-driven proposals, maintain RFP library content and records, and improve proposal workflows using best practices and AI/automation tools.

•Oversee and manage the full proposal process for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, working within stated deadlines.
•Coordinate proposals by communicating with senior sales, client service, and investment professionals to assess needs and create accurate due diligence and proposal documents.
•Lead the largest and most complex proposals and own responses for top-priority clients.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content is vetted and sourced correctly; mentor junior team members where appropriate.
•Drive proposal process best practices, maintain RFP library and records, and support adoption/testing of AI and automation solutions.
