Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the proposal process and coordinate internal/external stakeholders to assess client needs and create timely proposals and due diligence documents.
  • •Lead complex RFP responses for top-priority clients, reviewing and owning responses across standard and fully custom offers.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and relevant teams (RFP specialists, SMEs, content managers) to vet and capture content accurately; mentor junior team members where appropriate.
  • •Drive adoption of AI-enabled proposal solutions by testing new technologies, defining best practices, providing feedback to development teams, and coaching colleagues.
  • •Tailor standard responses and maintain editorial integrity (firm voice, branded strategies, readability), while ensuring proposals meet process/policy requirements and maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or work equivalent).
  • •8+ years of RFP experience (finance/investment industry preferred) with skills in content creation/management, proposal development oversight, and relationship management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of investment products and services across multiple distribution channels.
  • •Experience using AI and software to enhance business workflows; understands technology’s role in proposal processes.
  • •Must be proficient in English and based in the Eastern Time Zone; able to travel to Baltimore headquarters about once per month.
