Job Summary

Analyze TikTok Shop’s cross-border Europe performance to uncover issues and growth opportunities, then translate insights into operational strategies, incentive programs, and optimization mechanisms. Partner with operations, product, data, and governance teams to drive implementation, track execution and ROI, and continuously improve solution design. Lead thematic analyses for key markets and business priorities while building a more systematic business analysis and strategy methodology.

Key Responsibilities

•Track cross-border business metrics and analyze performance across markets, categories, and operational segments; identify issues impacting growth, efficiency, and experience and provide assessments and recommendations.
•Design operational strategies, incentive programs, or optimization mechanisms tailored to different scenarios using market differences and business stages.
•Collaborate with operations, product, data, and governance teams to implement strategies, track execution results, review ROI and business changes, and optimize solution design.
•Conduct thematic analyses and targeted initiatives for key markets, critical business issues, and growth priorities to support decision-making.
•Build a systematic business analysis framework and strategy design methodology to improve problem identification, strategy formulation, and project execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial analysis, strategy & operations, e-Commerce operations, platform strategy, or cross-border business.
•Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools to derive issues and actionable recommendations.
•Strong logical thinking and structured communication skills to clarify complex problems and drive them forward.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills to deliver results in complex environments.
