Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a product vertical end to end: outcomes, metrics, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering, including money-movement correctness, reliability, security, scalability, and recovery.
  • •Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs (licensing, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, monitoring, data residency, privacy).
  • •Apply AI where it earns its place (human-in-the-loop, evaluation, and behavior when unsure) and ship behind external gates/flags.

Key Requirements

  • •Own a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
  • •Have a technical foundation for system design, including boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, and concurrency.
  • •Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM-based products, including framing features as evaluable and understanding hallucination/drift/data gaps.
  • •Ability to balance ambition against technical, regulatory, and operational reality while holding your own with senior engineers.
