Contract Negotiator (FTC)

Lead the end-to-end vendor contracting process for European Contract Services, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms while assessing contractual risk. Ensure vendor contracts comply with European/local regulations and U.S. Bank/USBE policies, and partner with Business Lines, Corporate Procurement, and Legal to provide pragmatic guidance on risk mitigation, escalation, and dispute resolution. Manage multiple contracts and negotiations against aggressive timelines.
