Lead day-to-day operations at a Timberland store by supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Drive an exceptional, personalized customer experience, model selling behaviors, and coach associates to meet customer engagement and productivity goals. Oversee store opening/closing, floor coverage, task delegation, inventory/stockroom processes, visual merchandising standards, and loss prevention practices while maintaining company policies, safety standards, and an inclusive team culture.
