Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive customer supply chain team to deliver against Customer requirements and manage material flow between warehouse and customer sites.
  • •Order Management & Fulfillment & Setup targets according to agreed SLAs and drive for achievements.
  • •Continuous Improvement initiation implement.
  • •Lookahead Prevention on operation and escalations.
  • •Foresee demand and plan material delivery to support customer services, and propose/lead long-term solutions.
  • •Cross-team/department influencer and lead discussions with internal/external customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Continuous improvement experience in a dynamic, high tech environment.
  • •Min 15 years experience in managing complex projects (preferably Supply Chain Quality/Global Procurement/ Industrial Engineering) and proven leadership in direct leading a size of 10+ staff in an MNC.
  • •Solid experience in business intelligence and analytics
  • •Field experience in service execution/engineering is preferred.
  • •Extended experience with ASML processes and products is preferred.
