Associate, Operations (East Branch) - Northeast TX/OK

This role supports Team Rubicon’s East Branch operations, coordinating disaster response activities, building partnerships with emergency management organizations, and leading volunteer leaders across North Texas and Oklahoma. You’ll manage multiple priorities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and event-related activities while traveling locally as needed.
