Job Summary

Develop and execute digital and controls portfolio strategies to drive profitable growth and increase market share across the region. Lead offering strategy, roadmap execution, commercialization, and sales strategy—“leading with” digital offerings on every project. Coach sales teams on consultative, outcome-based selling, manage P&L accountability, and own long-range and annual operating plans with accurate forecasting. Use voice-of-customer insights to shape the product growth team roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop digital and controls offering strategy and roadmap using market intelligence, competitive data, and voice of customer.
•Partner with the Product Growth Team and regional teams to execute the offering roadmap and launch/commercialize new offerings.
•Drive sales strategy to position and sell digital and controls offerings on customer projects; collaborate on bottom-up plans to achieve sales targets.
•Coach sales teams on consultative, outcome-based selling; monitor performance and provide feedback and corrective actions.
•Own the long-range and annual operating plans for the portfolio, maintain sales forecasting, oversee pipeline alignment to growth targets, and provide sales/performance reporting via operating and business reviews.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in product management and sales leadership, preferably in software (SaaS), with clear P&L accountability.
•Proven track record of strategy and offering development/execution that drives business growth.
•Proven track record leading and/or collaborating with sales teams to achieve sales targets.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
•Strong leadership and team development, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
