Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve in a client-facing Sr. Associate project or work-stream leadership role, leading material client interactions.
  • •Manage project workstreams and drive intensive data analysis to identify the “so-what” and insights.
  • •Create compelling client-ready presentations and communicate outcomes clearly.
  • •Develop and deliver Workday integrations, ensuring correct integration design and data flows between Workday and external systems.
  • •Develop Analysts and Coachees, supporting mentoring and team knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience using at least two of: REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect.
  • •Contribute to delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases.
  • •Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50%.
