Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead EMC architecture reviews, schematic and PCB layout evaluations, and define EMC design requirements and methodologies for desktop platforms.
  • •Drive EMC risk assessments and design optimization for high-speed interfaces, power delivery, grounding, shielding, filtering, and cable designs.
  • •Plan, execute, and support EMC pre-compliance testing, certification, validation strategies, and regulatory submissions.
  • •Perform EMC troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for emissions, immunity, ESD, EFT, surge, and related compliance issues.
  • •Serve as EMC technical lead across desktop programs, mentor engineers, promote EMC best practices, and drive continuous improvement of EMC methodologies and platform designs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of EMC engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience supporting desktop, workstation, gaming desktop, or PC platforms.
  • •Strong knowledge of EMC regulations and techniques including high-speed digital design, PCB layout, grounding, shielding, and filtering.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead EMC compliance testing, certification, and root-cause analysis efforts.
