Job Summary

Partner strategically with senior leaders to translate people and HR priorities into project delivery. Lead HR growth initiatives and reorganizations, own strategic workforce planning, and coach business leaders on HR policies and complex people issues. Drive development at leadership level through performance reviews, career paths, and succession planning. Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention, while shaping learning and development needs. Work closely with People Acquisition to enable the right recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior team leaders to align People processes with strategic objectives and translate them into project delivery.
•Lead growth projects and reorganizations based on business needs while owning strategic workforce planning activities.
•Coach and support business leaders on HR policies and sophisticated HR issues, providing advice and direction.
•Ensure development, performance reviews, career paths for key roles, and succession planning within client teams.
•Partner with leadership to identify mid- and long-term capability needs and maintain focus on employee relations, engagement, and retention.

Key Requirements

•More than 3 years of experience in a highly demanding role similar to People Partner/HR leadership.
•Experience leading HR teams, including managing people.
•Proven experience as an HR leader with a track record in leaders’ development.
•Experience working with global People teams to translate strategy into regionally relevant execution.
•Exposure to HR Tech, including HRIS, Workday (WD), ATS, and reporting HR metrics.
