Key Responsibilities

  • •Automate infrastructure operations by writing and maintaining Python scripts and IaC (Ansible/Terraform) for provisioning, patching, configuration, and health checks.
  • •Build self-service tools, portals, and workflows that enable teams to request and manage infrastructure resources without tickets.
  • •Prototype practical AI solutions for infrastructure operations, such as LLM chat-based runbooks, incident summarization, and intelligent alert triage.
  • •Support reliability by monitoring systems, investigating issues, and contributing automation to prevent recurring problems.
  • •Collaborate with senior engineers and IT operations staff to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions, including code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 43,400 - 62,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Solid programming fundamentals, particularly Python, plus understanding of Java or JavaScript (or similar languages).
  • •Basic web development concepts and knowledge of scripting/automation (e.g., shell scripting, task schedulers, APIs).
  • •Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools, including LLM APIs/chatbots, along with strong problem-solving and eagerness to learn.
  • •Experience with Git and CI/CD concepts, REST APIs and database fundamentals, and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible (or relevant coursework/projects).
