Key Responsibilities

•Lead and train the Delivery Assurance Team, holding weekly vendor meetings to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
•Create and implement robust standard work and processes across Eagle Supply operations.
•Review hardware shortage statuses and facilitate cross-functional resolution actions to improve on-time delivery.
•Provide timely communication to customer account managers on critical parts commitments and coordinate with spare parts distribution centers to expedite logistics.
•Collaborate with customer account managers to understand customer requirements and advocate for on-time delivery across Global Supply Chain.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Management or Business Management with 8+ years of comparable experience OR
•Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
•Experience with SAP (sales and distribution) and MS Office skills (Excel)
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
