Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to clinical sites to lead pre-launch preparation, confirming logistics, materials, and site readiness with site leadership.
  • •Identify and onboard client-side clinical coordinators, lock in preceptor onboarding dates, and ensure materials are shipped and ready before students arrive.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for client-side clinical coordinators and preceptors across sites, owning recurring biweekly check-ins.
  • •Support students through clinical rotation success and remediation, tracking cohort progress and flagging at-risk students early to the Program Director and internal teams.
  • •Independently communicate with client-side coordinators, preceptors, and hospital staff—resolving issues directly or escalating/de-escalating in partnership with the Program Director and Customer Success teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Clinical fluency: an active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NCCT TS-C certification; or a nurse/OR professional with extensive hands-on operating room experience; or an associate's/nursing degree with first-assist experience.
  • •Comfort presenting independently to clinical coordinators, preceptors, and hospital staff while building credibility quickly.
  • •Experience with process/operational management such as tracking cohort or program progress, flagging at-risk students or sites, and managing in-person program logistics.
  • •Willingness to travel regularly to clinical sites (50%+ overall), with heavier travel during clinical scrubs.
  • •Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-growing organization and build process from an unfinished playbook.
