Job Summary

Drive community occupancy growth by managing the sales program for prospective residents. You’ll lead income-producing outreach—calls, appointments, onsite and home visits—while using Primrose sales systems and recording follow-ups in the CRM. Meet and exceed occupancy and sales quotas, train the team on the inquiry process and customer service, and build strong relationships with residents’ families and referral sources to support long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve and/or exceed budgeted occupancy goals and sales quotas.
•Spend most of the time on income-producing activities including calls, appointments, events, outreach, and follow-ups.
•Conduct inquiry calls, onsite visits, and home visits using Primrose sales systems and processes.
•Maintain accurate follow-up records in the CRM database.
•Train the team on the inquiry process, onsite visits, and customer service.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
•Previous senior living or sales experience preferred.

•Willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate with other departments and Home Office staff.
