Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and track strategic proposals from opportunity to award, supporting proposal kick-offs and ensuring progress, compliance, and financial alignment.
  • •Prepare submission-ready cost and price proposal artifacts for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring cost elements, assumptions, and cross-referencing are complete.
  • •Build and maintain pricing models, templates, and training for business-line pricing teams, and provide independent pricing recommendations when needed.
  • •Run risk analysis, what-if scenarios, and cost realism assessments to improve pricing accuracy and executability.
  • •Continually improve estimating processes and tools, ensure compliance with solicitation instructions and FAR/DFARS/TINA, maintain proposal records, and support DCAA/DCMA audit reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, a mathematical field, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years of directly related experience in proposal/pricing/cost development, including government and commercial proposals and CPFF/FFP/T&M contracts and subcontracts.
  • •Strong understanding of indirect rates and burden costs in relation to cost modeling.
  • •Demonstrated experience with FAR, DFARS, and TINA, and ability to design, develop, and implement financial analysis tools and processes (pricing cost models).
  • •Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ProPricer; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
