Job Summary

Own planning for multiple projects within the programme of works, building and maintaining robust schedules that align time, cost, risk, change, scope, and reporting. Create project schedules, monitor progress and KPIs, and consolidate inputs into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Apply NEC/FIDIC schedule processes, analyze critical path/float and EVM, support recovery planning, and partner with project teams and project managers across complex, risk-managed delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning for multiple projects or single highly complex projects, managing time, cost, risk, change, reporting, and scope.
•Create, develop, and maintain project schedules aligned to requirements, including adherence to NEC or FIDIC contract processes.
•Monitor schedule progress and performance, analyze float/critical path/constraints, and recommend recovery actions for slippages or approved changes.
•Undertake project progress reviews, consolidate multiple project schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and report KPIs.
•Understand and report EVM periodically and support oversight of day-to-day management, mentoring, and coaching of planning personnel.

Key Requirements

•Senior-level Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle.
•Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software, working across multidisciplinary teams.
•Strong communication skills, with leadership behaviours to influence, motivate, coach, and develop others.
•Experience managing stakeholders and making risk-based decisions when parameters are unclear.
•Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance and willingness to work in the nuclear sector.
