Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning for multiple projects or single highly complex projects, managing time, cost, risk, change, reporting, and scope.
  • •Create, develop, and maintain project schedules aligned to requirements, including adherence to NEC or FIDIC contract processes.
  • •Monitor schedule progress and performance, analyze float/critical path/constraints, and recommend recovery actions for slippages or approved changes.
  • •Undertake project progress reviews, consolidate multiple project schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and report KPIs.
  • •Understand and report EVM periodically and support oversight of day-to-day management, mentoring, and coaching of planning personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior-level Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software, working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Strong communication skills, with leadership behaviours to influence, motivate, coach, and develop others.
  • •Experience managing stakeholders and making risk-based decisions when parameters are unclear.
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance and willingness to work in the nuclear sector.
