Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and continuously improve Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling, Breakdown Elimination, and Defect Handling DMS for a line/area.
  • •Review, prioritize, and plan maintenance work (including managing backlog and scheduling via daily and weekly planning meetings).
  • •Complete PM cards and perform failure analysis (including PM Card/Dice Chart outputs) to eliminate repeat breakdowns.
  • •Track and report maintenance indicator results and in-process measures, correcting activities that drive results the wrong direction.
  • •Coach team members on IWS methodologies and lead continuous improvement actions, including updates to maintenance standards and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years experience in planning and execution of maintenance jobs in a relevant manufacturing and/or warehousing industry.
  • •Experienced with mechanical skills to execute maintenance activities in operations/warehousing.
  • •Past experience in planning maintenance activities.
  • •Strong organizational and technical skills, including priority setting and communication/training skills.
  • •Knowledge of AM and PM standards, including AM Overview and PM Steps 1-4, plus maintenance planning/scheduling and breakdown elimination workshops.
