Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend and manage model coordination meetings and document preconstruction/BIM issues.
  • •Coordinate models with internal and subcontractor detailers and modellers, and record coordination sign-offs.
  • •Process shop drawing level models for approval and prepare 3D models and dimensioned shop drawing sheets for field use.
  • •Support project team construction coordination and scheduling, including printing drawing sets for team review.
  • •Assist client quantity calculations for material orders and crew work planning, and maintain daily/weekly timesheets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in BIM.
  • •Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • •Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering principles and BIM methodologies to represent design intent and support decisions across the project lifecycle.
  • •Ability to lead and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to align BIM processes with project goals.
  • •ERP knowledge; SAP functional skills are required for success in the role.
