Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and configure FortiGate firewalls and Fortinet Secure SD-WAN in line with approved designs and standards.
  • •Configure SD-WAN policies, IPSec tunnels, dynamic routing (BGP/OSPF), and application steering/SLA rules.
  • •Execute site rollouts and onboarding using FortiManager templates and zero-touch provisioning.
  • •Provide day-to-day operational support, incident/problem management, monitoring, health checks, and routine maintenance across WAN/SD-WAN.
  • •Support migrations from legacy WAN/MPLS to Fortinet SD-WAN, troubleshoot connectivity/performance/configuration issues, and maintain accurate documentation (as-built records and SOPs).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •Minimum 5 years of network engineering experience with hands-on deployment and support of Fortinet FortiGate solutions.
  • •Practical experience configuring Fortinet SD-WAN, IPSec VPNs, and dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF).
  • •Working experience using FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer for management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • •Fortinet NSE 4 required (NSE 5/6/7 advantageous; CCNA/CCNP a plus), with strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
