Senior Quantity Surveyor

Manage commercial contracts and post-contract activities for major UK infrastructure programmes across airports, utilities, and transport. Lead NEC contract administration, including payment approvals, cost assessments, contract changes, procurement support, interim payment verification, and change control. Produce cost reports and forecasting, help drive value for money decisions, support dispute resolution and contract close-out, and collaborate within a Midlands team while balancing site travel.
